Barre Workout- This hot new barre workout is spreading the globe! This workout will tone the thighs, lift your butt, sculpt your arms and flatten your abs.
Yoga- An exercise program to increase general health, reduce stress, improve flexibility and muscle strength and alleviate certain physical symptoms such as chronic pain. Yoga is a low impact workout with gentle movements.
Zumba- A dance fitness program that combines Latin and International music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun! Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. The score, created with specific beats and temp changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening, or cardio move to another and targets every major muscle group in the body.
